Unable to enroll in the company’s health insurance plan as a new hire within 30 days of onboarding. The option is not visible on the employee benefits portal

Hi Alex, Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you're doing well. I understand that you're unable to enroll in the company's health insurance plan. Can you confirm if you've completed your profile setup on the portal? If not, please do so and let us know if the issue persists.

Hi Alex, Thanks for confirming. It might be an issue with your account permissions. Can you try logging out and logging back in? Sometimes a refresh resolves these types of issues.

Hi Jamie, I tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists. I'm still unable to see the option to enroll.

Hi Jamie, The issue is resolved now, and I was able to enroll successfully. However, it would have been helpful if this was resolved sooner.
